In this video I will quickly explain what the difference between Organic Food and Non-Organic food is. That is, the nutrients containing in a non-organic food are less than the nutrients containing in the organic version of the same food. At the same time, your body cannot fully digest the nutrients from the non-organic food because of all the different chemicals this food has been treated with. On top of that, your organism becomes less healthy due to these same chemicals and the chemical reactions they produce inside your organism! All this compared to the 100% digestibility of the organic foods is sufficient enough for everyone to think about what they feed themselves and their children with! Perhaps, the biggest problem for the American population comes from the food itself. If you change your diet, you will change your life... to better! Do not eat non-organic food! Unless the peel of the fruits and vegetables is thick enough to be able to keep the inside of the fruit or vegetable clean from the chemicals.
